Close to Loire Castles, in the heart of the so-called Berry region, the bucolic village of Montigny is located between Sancerre and Bourges. Here, in the most South-Western part of the appellation, Cécile and Henry have settled their winery in 1974.
By replanting Montigny slopes, they specialized in a traditional wine-making of their Sancerre wines matured in casks and oak barrels. They have been crafting their wines for several years with two of their children, Mathilde and Vincent.
The whole family cares for the 23 ha of vines ; each member is dedicated to the wine-making before launching the cuvées for the delight of wine amateurs and connoisseurs all around the world.
