This cuvée of Red Sancerre is matured in barrel of oak trees, which exclusively grew up in the respectable forest stand of the Centre region. This row material is perfect to enhance the structure of our Pinot noir and the aromatic potential confined in the calcareous-clay soils of Montigny. Thus, the new generation is delighted to contribute to the family know-how.
